All NON-Christmas Holidays are a part of our chronological CM 12x12 family albums, though I originally put some in my son's baby book as well.  I also include a couple of Christmas pages in my son's album, although the rest of our Christmas pictures are now put into a CM 8x10 green Christmas album, linked below.
